SQL Server could not connect from php file on linux.

I am using php on linux. I used Sql Server as database on Microsoft platform. I have used unixodbc and freetds to connect sql server. connection is successfull, php file also runs from command prompt successfully. but when I try same code to run in browser it gives me error "could not connect to server".
